1. Is it legal for me to buy a gun online?
Absolutely, however, all firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in your area for you to complete the process and fill out the paperwork required by the federal government and your local and state laws.
2. Is it legal for me to buy ammo online?
That depends on what city/state you live in. Most customers can have ammunition shipped directly to their home via UPS Ground. Please see our chart below to see if this applies to you:

3. Why do I have to provide ID to purchase ammo online?
Federal law requires that you must be 18 to purchase rifle and shotgun ammunition and 21 to purchase handgun ammunition.

6. Can you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
We cannot ship ammo to Hawaii or Alaska. We can ship firearms though. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
7. How do you ship my items?
Ammo and long guns are shipped via UPS ground only. Handguns are shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air only. Accessories can be shipped via UPS Ground.
8. How do I track my order?
If an item is shipped via UPS, we will provide you with a tracking number.
9. Do you special order items?
We can. Please contact us directly and we will try to find it for you.
10. If I buy more than one gun, do I get a shipping discount?
Yes, we can combine items for a discount, provided they are going to the same FFL.
11. Are your online prices good in the store?

13. Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states and to Alaska and Hawaii. Some restrictions may apply, check local laws.
14. Are the guns you sell \"New In Box\"
Unless specifically stated, all firearms are sold new in the box.
15. Can you send me a picture of the actual firearm I will receive?
All of our firearms are housed in a very large warehouse off site. We have them sent to our shipping facility after you make your purchase. For this reason, we cannot take a picture of the actual firearm you will be receiving.
16. Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, but we do have two employees independently visually inspect every new-in-box firearm before it\'s sent out to you. It is recommended for your protection that you purchase UPS insurance for the value of the item. We cannot be held liable for any packages damaged or lost in shipping. If for some reason the firearm is not as listed, please DO NOT accept the firearm from your dealer. By completing the background check you accept the firearm AS IS and it cannot be returned.
17. What type of warranty is associated with your items?
All guns are warranted by their respective manufacturers ONLY. We cannot accept a firearm back for warranty work under any circumstances.
