Richies sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.

Firearms will only be shipped to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL holder)! C&R cannot be accepted. It is your responsibility to arrange for an FFL to receive the firearm for you.

Some firearms and accessories we sell are not legal in every state. Please check your local laws before purchasing.

All pistols MUST be shipped UPS Air and all rifles/shotguns must be shipped UPS Ground following all ATF guidelines. No exceptions.

We can purchase UPS insurance on your order. Current UPS rates are $1.50 per $100 (or fraction thereof). Example: A $475 rifle would be $7.50 added to your shipping for insurance (5 X 1.50 = $7.50).
